Just get hold of mirror and work backwards and forwards a few times. Dealer did that as I watched and it stopped jerking. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

That works for a short time but you need to re- lubricate, I use Copper Grease, for a longer lasting fix. |

'Bent mine back ( like the picture) and sprayed some Halfords spray grease in there almost 2 years ago now, - still OK |
