Does anybody has any experiience [ even hear say] from 'Loder1899 ' ? As far as I know they are the only one that offers a "twin" exhaust for the FL2... More important : what is the effect of the exhaust on power and consumption..

I guess the standard rear damper is quite optimised in combination with the whole system. Reducing the balance pressure could lead to increased fuel consumption, without noticable power increase

Why not do what MAV71 did and install the twin petrol FL2 exhaust? Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

@Npinks. Thanks, I read that topic. But that exhaust is not 'purpose made' for the diesel, but for a 6 cylinder petrol engine.
Exhaust systems are quite eleborate pieces of engineering nowadays. Just cutting & welding may give it the "looks" , but not automaticly any improvement of performance. I've been told this modification does not bring extra POWERRRRRR...

I've been told to concentrate on a remap, as the most efffective and efficient way of increasing performance.
But I'm still curious about this Loderer contraption..
