If you can't find a big enough washer cut a piece of ally sheet to size and drill a hole through it, re-clamp with the original "nut" - worked on mine.

Old thread but I just fixed mine using a big washer & a nut.

Can anybody tell me how to fit a nut on ? I'm not sure the remainder of the peg is threaded. The original washer/nut fixing looks like just an interference push on fit? FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey

Mine started rattling yesterday. I've had a quick look. Hopefully some big washers will fix it but I'm not sure that there is much of the original fixing pegs left. Richard M

Here's my fix. Like others have said, there are two fixing points under the axle that you can't reach. These photos show one side (with the pop rivet) and one of the rear fixings.
I sprayed the fixings with Plusgas and left them to soak over night. It was then a pretty simple job. A 24mm socket was needed to undo and replace the fixings. The new parts a cut from a tin can.
The bad news is that while I was under there I found one of the rear shock absorbers is leaking.
