If, for example, my shock absorber fails or a spring breaks, it will be replaced for free under my used approved warranty. However, if it fails the MOT for a leaking shock or a broken spring, they will change it but I must pay the first £50. I don't see how they can get away with that. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

I had a wheel noisy wheel bearing replaced under extended warranty even though it would have passed the MOT.  I wonder if the dealer has some discretion as I can't see them calling in an independent inspector for every job. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
