Different floorplan. Only 30% of the Evoque floorplan is the same as the Freelander 2, basically from the front axle back it's different.

Hmmmm, might be a first then... I can fabricate some metal to make it work just wondered if it could be made easier... Will just need a couple of extra holes in the base rails and a metal strip to narrow it slightly...

It has been done, JC80 has got it evoque seats fitted in his FL2 MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

I did PM him and look at his... Didn't look like Evoque seats... More ff Range Rover...

I'm good friends with him. He's not an active forum member on here anymore. They are evoque seats that he got fitted around a year ago IIRC MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Sounds like a definite case of 'form over function' - Freelander seats are much more comfortable 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)
