Seeing loads of discospotties around and about now. The look is certainly growing on me and some nice colours.

I had a 65 reg HSE DS courtesy car last week for a couple of days and it confirmed my opinion that it's less practical than the current FL2, overpriced and full of consumer electronic toys that are really not that expensive to add at manufacturing stage but bump the price up. They obviously have the Chelsea tractor market firmly in their sights. One interesting point was that it sounded just like my FL2 and when I opened the bonnet I was surprised to see that it had the ingenium engine. I didn't have it long enough (70 miles) to measure fuel consumption meaningfully. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I hear they are getting quite a few customers trading in their Evoqes so they get a bigger boot.

Yes we were in the LR dealer the other day and I can't believe that you can pay £104k for a Range Rover and £75k for a RR Sport. Where are they taking the brand? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I was driving a DS at the Cheshire Landrover Experience yesterday, it had the new engine and seemed so quite compared to my FL2. I even drove it with the windows open just to hear it. Room in the back was much better, as was the boot. It seemed well screwed together, with no squeaks and was comfortable. I did find that I was sat low for off road driving, but adjusted the seat up and it was fine. I am 6'1" though, so can see that shorter people could have a problem. I have the seat on my FL2 fully lowered, which I have on all of my cars. For normal road driving I was happy with the seat at its lowest setting when I drove on the road in January 15.

What a crock of PR bullshit, LR wouldn't fit a heated steering wheel to my Disco but they will go out of their way to make personalised tread plates and gifts for some video.
