Hi all,

Having looked at this, this is because of deleted pictures which have then been replaced with new uploads.

The clash occurs because Apple iOS devices present each and every picture to the gallery/forum system as "image.jpeg" or "image.png" depending on the type of picture (photo or screenshot).

The upload system has to rename these uploads so they don't overwrite each other. This is done on a per-user basis (i.e. my renaming/numbering is done separately to anyone else's).

So you end up with (for example):

image~1.jpeg
image~2.jpeg
image~3.jpeg
image~4.jpeg

and so on

If image~2.jpeg is then deleted, when another photo is uploaded from iOS, the first available number to rename to is 2, so the new photo is uploaded as image~2.jpeg.

If the original image~2.jpeg has been linked on the forum, then it will now point to the new image.

So the wrong image issue is down to photos having been deleted and new ones uploaded which are renamed to the same names as the old ones.
