Just had my oil and filter changed at a small Independent at a farm just off the motorway at Garforth Nr Leeds. Got the gear to reset a MY13 2 stage service indicator and clear codes etc.

Changed the rest of the filters myself etc but getting the service indicator set is something you cant do at home so gave the oil change to them and seeing how bad the oil filter is to get at it's just as well.

I think the previous main dealer must have used a gorilla to fit the oil filter as it was way too tight !
