Autolock question?

Car is a FL2 3.2HSE

Now that the weather is colder and I have to scrape the ice from the windows, I was wondering about the autolock.

If I start the engine and leave it running to demist the windows etc, then get out the car and shut the door, will the
doors autolock after a period?

I currently only have 1 key, so don't want to risk getting it locked inside the car!

No. Not while its running and not moving although you could always leave the boot cracked open for safety. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

They shouldn't, no, but I'm not sure I would risk it!

In principle the doors will only auto lock on drive-away (when the car reaches a certain speed) or when the car has been unlocked but no doors have been opened for one minute.

Auto lock activates at 5mph. All FL2's (3) Gone
2011 Mercedes C180 CGI Gone
FL2 GS Auto SD with heated leather, factory tints, alloy spare and a few other bits.
