Hello, just joined. Bought a black FL2 XS TD4 auto, three weeks ago. It's great. Takes a bit of getting used to after owning average family saloons, but all in all it's a great car. Fuel economy tends to fluctuate a lot though. I'm looking at getting privacy glass fitted by my local Land Rover dealer, from whom I bought the car. They have quoted £350.00. Is that a good price and does the stick on aftermarket stuff both bond well and look good? Any experiences?? thanks a lot.

your dealer will only use a third party company to do the privacy glass, you would be best to shop around ( i paid £250)

unless your dealer will honour a warranty claim for 3 years like they would on accessories fitted within "x" miles or days from brand new ownership

Welcome to the Madhouse i had my tints done by Marshall Landrover at Peterborough proir to collecting the motor 10 days ago all 5 rear windows £300.As for colour i would have gone 1 shade lighter Lago Grey. Thanks for the comments. Yeah I'll post some photos when it's stopped raining and I've given it a wash again! My last car was black so I should have guessed this'd be a nightmare to keep clean also. Great color when clean. I'll have a word with the dealer to see what warranty they give. I think it'll be good quality if main dealer use the same firm. I just didn't want to end up with tacky tints with bubbles all over the place like my mates Laguna!!
