I was going to post a recommendation for Lookers in Bury St Edmunds as I have recently bought my new toy from them and I was delighted with the service. Not only was the sales team excellent we got a very good deal as well. The only slip up was partly my fault and that was with my dodgy signature... This resulted in them having to get me back to resign paperwork - but they topped my tank up so no problem there.

Unfortunately though I have learnt that out of the blue they have closed down. I have no idea of the circumstances but it was all very sudden.

What hacked me off most was when I contacted LR to explain that I was writing a letter of commendation and that I wanted to copy it to one of the customer services managers at LR they would not give me the time of day with regards to an email address or a name. Isn’t it great when you make the time to pat someone on the back and the suits upstairs don’t give a damn

Yeah it's a bit like when you complain about something
