The council here put the numbers on for you when they are delivered, must be a good council.

might drill a hole in it and put a tiewrap on the lid if they do it again, so the bin lorry can't empty it, then they be without an empty bin and their black bin will over flow Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

A dustman is going along a street picking up the wheelie bins and emptying them into his dustcart lorry. He gets to one house where the bin hasn't been left out so he has a quick look for it, goes round the back but still can't see it so he knocks on the door. There's no answer so he knocks again.
