It shouldn't be 'raising' itself? Freelanders don't have that option to raise or lower, thats Discovery territory.....

That looks normal to me? There is no manual option to raise or lower a freelander as it is just traditional springs and shocks.

The Freelander is based on a Ford platform. It can't raise! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Are you sure it was not just the seat moving as per the easy exit function, mine has always played up a bit, the seat should go down before you get out the car but sometimes it goes up instead. Might make you think the cars raising. |

Can I suggest that you measure the distance from the top of each wheel arch to the ground and post the numbers here and we can compare with others? 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

What makes you think its raised itself? It looks like any other FL2 to me and the same as mine, did you feel it go up as you were trying to get out of it? how heavy are you? |
