Attached is a video I taped couple of months ago.
The RPM normally at slightly under 800,Manifold Pressure at a bit over 100 (101 to 105),Fuel Pressure at about 26000,and AFR at 1.1X.
When RPM goes up and down in the range of 75X to 85X,I can easily feel the vibration difference thru the seat,values of the parameters I mentioned above all become "not" normal as you can see.
Anyone has any idea of what this problem might be?

Hi, I have never measured the rpm, etc as you have but I had an occasional issue with the rpm going up and down when stopping at a junction. I had the EGR remapped to take it out of the equation and all fine now. Hope that helps.

Hi WayneChen, no I mean the remap takes the flap operation out of the cars programming (that is how I understand it), similar to blanking but no 'physical' mechanical work involved. Ever since mine was done it runs very smooth, no smoke from the exhaust nor any other side effects that I am aware of.

Mines RPM went all out random when the EGR went tits up

I doubt if this is the issue but I had similar symptoms after changing a coil pack on an E46 BMW. I had not securely closed the oil filler cap and the crank case pressure was low causing the ECU to get confused. Hard to believe but documented on the web.

Any limitation for blanking the EGR? Mine is 08 HSE with DPF.
