Will FL2 spare fit a DS?

Having been twice let down by the gunk solution, (once at such cost it would have been cheaper to pay a breakdown firm to follow me round) I bought a spare wheel and tyre when I bought my 13MY FL2.

After a weekend playing with the new DS, I am pretty well sold on an upgrade (but will wait for 5 seats and new engine) but ideally would like to take my spare with me rather than give it away on trade in.

Does anyone know if hole sizes/pcd are the same? Wheel diameter/circumference is OK I think.

Also, understand that the spare on a DS is slung under the rear rather than in the trunk. Is the gubbins to hold it in place an add-on ? Anyone done it?

PS: Sorry if this sounds more about DS but it may be relevant to others too

From what I understand talking to the salesman if you want a spare It is a factory order on the DS, obviously modifications to the rear floor.
Also if you opt for the spare you can't fit a towbar and vice versa, what idiot designed that?.
So the long winded answer is no you can't use your current spare, don't let it go with your trade in advertise it on here as I will be doing soon. FL2 SD4 Metropolis Auto Santorini Black / ivory completely stock.

The original specification on the 5 seat was towbar + full spare + electrics as an option, in the accessories, not the UK brochure as the 5 seater was not a UK option. Has it changed or was the brochure wrong. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
2012 HSE SD4 In Orkney Grey now gone, best car ever.

No idea, never been interested in the DS just killing time chatting to the salesman whilst waiting for something. FL2 SD4 Metropolis Auto Santorini Black / ivory completely stock.

This isn't just about the spare - lots of us have an extra set of wheels with winter tyres on. I kept the ones from my last FL2 to use on this one. If they won't fit the DS that's quite a bit of extra expense if you are changing cars.
Agree with Midland rover - there's less demand for spares than there was (everyone who wants one seems to have one now) but they still sell - if not here then on the bay. Ex AA Series III LWB Safari - Gone
300TDi Disco (bought new - terrible car) sent back after 18 months
Freelander 1 Estate - leased, given back at end of lease
200TDi Disco (bought from a mate with 100,000 on the clock) - Gone
Disco 2 TD5 - sold and exported to France
FR2 TD4 GS - Gone
FR2 SD4 HSE - Now changed for a DS
New model ex-demo Evoque S 180 in white
Unable to order a new DS, so gave up. Now have a Volvo S90 Recharge.
