Used to be a bit like that here. I once upset my wife's uncle who was a lot older than me, I had a Sierra GL company car and his was only had a Cavalier L, we didn't even work for the same company but it was a big issue for him. Companies like Ford and Vauxhall had models for every stage of your career at one time. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto 5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto Now Discovery Sport P250 MHEV SE

Yep too right In the early [pre BMW] days of my sales 'career' the following applied. Base - those that just came up from the lesser model ie Escort. Corina L = Sales Rep Cortina GL = Sales Manager Cortina Ghia = General Manager Directors were then on Granada's, model spec dependent on their seniority. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:- Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip, Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

Manufacturers in the UK have never charged for de-badging a car. It has always been a no cost option. Well it has for the big four, Merc, Audi, BMW and VW. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I'd personally tell them to fuk off and would not use a dealer who would charge you for such a simple task. MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Mis-read this! When built new, manufacturers don't charge, but of course dealers will charge however much they see fit! Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

Hot air warms the glue and melts it, which can leave sticky residue behind, where as hot water doesn't Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........
