Been mulling over a long term rework of our FL2, thinking big as you do when you have no money! Moving house, saving for wedding, getting married, a honeymoon then two upcoming weddings we're both involved with (best man and chief bridesmaid for one each) have knocked our bank balance for six but time to sort out a plan of action.

Currently own a bog standard Indus Silver TD4 GS from 2012 and want to turn it into something a bit more....interesting. I saw a thread by ROVERLAND about getting his wrapped in matt black and really liked the look of it. Normally I'd associate matt black cars with either drug dealers or football players but it sort of made it look like a special mil-spec landy to me. SWMBO actually agreed it looked good when we had a brand new Range Rover come past us on the M1 decked out in matt black.

So using his images as base started putting a few ideas together in Photoshop to see what it looks like in my head down on paper so to speak:

• Side protection strips
  
• Front bumper protection

• LED lightbar
