why not get a complete replacement seat from breaker. 2014 SE Loire Blue SD4 Auto (MY15)

Get an old seat belt catch and leave it plugged in until you need a passenger. I do that when I have my dog on the front seat to stop the lights/chimes coming on! |

So now two things have occured. First, I ordered a seat from a breaker for 250.00 which I can't complain about. Thanks for that advice. Secondly, at the advice of a separate Land Rover dealer, I called LR North America Customer Relationship Center to ask why the part is not covered and he told me that it only covers the reprogramming of the vehicle. This is such an illogical response. How is the OCS ECU not covered under the warranty when the recall is to prevent this part from going bad?
