Don't worry Sir, you have your rights under the Sale of Goods Act whether it's out of warranty or not. It should do what it says on the tin. We'll fix it FOC and claim it all back from L/R who in turn, will claim it all back from their supplier.
Parts from suppliers must last a minimum of 10 years, it's in all our specs.
It's a win win situation. Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.
