Valvoline engine oil

Would this oil be suitable for a 2012 Freelander 2 150ps

Valvoline Synpower Xtreme ENV C1 SAE 5W-30 ACEA C1-10 (Ford WSS-M2C934-B)

Please only reply if you understand oil specs
