Diesel glow plugs questions !

Hello,

I wondered at what temperature it is possible to see the light glow plugs?

It's snowing in the south of France, temperatures are around 1 degree (33.8 F) but I never see the indicator lighting when i start engine, however briefly.

Maybe it is not so cold now ? Is this normal or not ?

Your opinion will therefore help me.

For information, i juste remplace glow plugs

Thank you in advance

If it starts ok I wouldn't worry, many on here have never seen the Glow Plug light, especially if you have one of the early Freelander 2's, sorry you don't list what year yours is.

I never saw my light until I changed the glow plugs on Saturday, so far it's been on every morning since and it was +1deg this morning. None of old plugs were working.

I say mine briefly this morning, on a 10 plate. This was the first time in nearly 3 years, but it was -4 degrees.
