Why did the lorry pull out so abruptly like he did? - infact the caravan was getting further away from the lorry so there was no need for the trucker to change lane.

I wouldn't be surprised if the trucker flashed his lights as he went into the middle lane which annoyed the car - never the less car should never have done what he did - could have caused a massive accident and loss of life.

Too wrongs don't make a right, rise above it. I drive for a living and if I was to react to some of the incidents that happen I wouldn't have a job. The most popular one at the moment is car drivers slipping down the inside when I'm trying to make a 90 degree left hand turn in a coach that is 15mts long, completely ignoring my left hand signal. Regarding the 2nd video once the white van pulled across for the 2nd time I would of rammed it hard. The dork would of been the one learning a harsh lesson. Jaguar x-type sport gone

The way the first video seems to me, is at the start the truck is close to the caravan, at this point he could possibly be indicating that he wishes to go to Lane 2 to overtake, the caravan is then seen to pull away, could this be the Truck coming off the gas, the car who could have moved over couldn't be bothered, it's my lane and I'm not moving mentality. The truck then makes a point of pulling out quickly when the car has passed.

OG, White van, on the day in question, the White van was also showing as uninsured.

I thought trucks where limited to 56mph. The video with the White van the truck passed most people on the road , other trucks and cars , ok the van shouldn't have pulled in front of the truck but the truck was going to undertake the White van , maybe the van driver was day dreaming and got a fright when 30 tonne of truck came up his nearside. To me the trucker is an arse. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

And his excuse for going back to Lane 2 again Question
Remember though the "truck" couldn't go from Lane 1 out to Lane 3 to overtake the daydreamer as he would be not be allowed to go in to Lane 3 being 30 Ton.

I never said the van was right , what was wrong with the truck going into lane 2 and from a distance flash the van . I know trucks can't go into lane 3 . The truck was going like hell , well above the 56 mph. Do it now ! Your a long time dead !!

Trucks limited to 56mph
Coaches limited to 62mph

As of 6th April 2015 the speed limit for goods vehicles over 7.5t will increased from 50 to 60 on dual carriageways in England and wales.

I would like to see the limit increased on single carriageways from 40 to 50, bringing it inline with buses/coaches 21MY Defender 90 S 3.0 D200

Nope, but I'm estimating the "going like hell" at 60 62 ish, watch the video, 40 seconds before the van, two trucks are overtaken, at this point the Mile marker for the services is passed at 06 seconds, at 38 seconds the 1/2 mile marker is passed.

Speed limits, the limit for a LGV over 7.5 ton vehicle in this country is 60mph, not 56mph, that is the limit that the limiter is calibrated to, so it is possible to do more than 56 and not be breaking the law, i.e. downhill.
