The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

Went to see this on the opening night last night and it was almost a sell out. Brilliant film Thumbs Up

The special effects were amazing and made even better by the fact we watched it in IMAX 3D which is in a different league to normal cinema. The opening duel with Smaug is epic.

Overall I prefer LOTR trilogy to The Hobbit but still an excellent trilogy. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Looking forward to this also, might use it as a reason to try IMAX 3D

Or those D BOX chairs that move and vibrate

Kids are eager to see it also, but will wait for it to be in the Apple TV for them Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Well worth a trip to IMAX for big movies like this. Our nearest is Nottingham and the first time we went to IMAX was Iron Man 3. This is only the 2nd visit there due to the inconvenience of having to go to Nottingham and it is dearer at £30 for 2 tickets but only a couple of adverts and trailers which makes a change.

Defo going to see Avengers: Age of Ultron at the IMAX Thumbs Up LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
