Wiring for 12S socket

I have just connected my FL2 to my caravan and cant get the fridge to work with the engine running or the battery to charge as it should do, I had the wiring checked by a local caravan dealer and it looks as if when landrover fitted the towbar they did not wire up the 12S plug to allow the fridge and the battery to charge. I have contacted my dealer and my FL2 will be going in to be re-wired.

Will report back with my findings.

Has anybody else had any problems.

Recently had a towbar (dealer) fitted and all electrics are working fine. There is very little for them to get wrong, there are two sockets inside the back of the car which are prewired so there shouldn't be a problem there. The 12N and 12S sockets probably have to be attached to the cable from these sockets. since the 12S has a couple of spare connections inside maybe the wire has been placed in a spare position (one of the spare positions is next to the fridge position).
