Mine doesn´t dim automatically. Is there a bug?

MY13 models have a light sensor in the dash that will auto dim the sat-nav, I believe 'hinchy' is talking about this model, don't believe MY07 has this. |

I've got a '57 and when set to auto the sat nav display dims when the lights come on. |

it was on my old MY57 FL2 EYorkshire on the main screen before you go into the map screen in setting it had a + & - or you could just put it in auto dimming, MY13 has something similar day or night mode or just put it in auto.
