We weren't sure whether to have a dog or a bitch. The breeder told us it all depended on whether we wanted to keep our lawn or our flowers. In the end we were chosen by a bitch so we now have a patchwork lawn. |

I would always have a bitch, better temperament and cleaner in the house.

Spaniels are better off with docked tails you should see the damage to a full tail after they have been working not all of them will be working dogs but at the end of the day they are turbo charged hunting machines.

If you intend to work it then it makes sense to have it docked and dew claws removed.
