iso for optical system

Hi,
does anyone know where I can get an iso connector for the upgraded optical stereo system, I am planning on bypassing the amp which I have done in practice having the new stereo in the boot and sounds good. but would be easier with an adaptor and save cutting wires. I bought the standard adaptor before I realised it was an optical system and its not even close.

ps failing that anyone know which wire is which on all the plugs? Confused
