Drivers Seat - Slant?

Hi folks,
Had my SD4 (2012) a couple of days and still learning what it can do etc. However, when I'm driving I've noticed I'm tilting/slanting slightly to the left?? The passenger seat feel perfect by comparison.
I've lined both Driver and Passenger seat up and angled them exactly the same and have noticed on the Drivers seat the padded section on the left is further back than the others! Looks like there is less foam in it or that a previous owner was so large they have 'squashed it' but for the latter to be true there would be other wear on the seat which there isn't.
The vehicle has only done 22k so even if the latter scenario is true surely the seat should have stood up to that. My first impression is that it is a faulty or badly made seat.
Anyone have any other ideas, and if it is a badly made seat is it covered under warranty in its third year?
Thanks

Difficult to say without seeing it. It's still under warranty, so get a dealer to take a look at it and point out your concerns.

On a lighter theme, I note that you have used the word 'slant' at least twice. Rather like the word 'slope', this will invariably provoke the wrath of the thought police who will deem it 'offensive' and 'non-PC'. Without passing comment on the actual fault; there are a number of us forum members who have had seat foams replaced under warranty. They also replaced the seat base stitched fabric on mine and repadded the passenger seat base outer 'hump' when my Freelie was inside the three years and had 34k on the clock.

I've managed to take a couple of photo's that hopefully show the problem. The piece of wood is against both side supports of the passenger seat AND the right one of the Driver's seat, but you should be able to see the gap left by the one that is on the Left of the Drivers seat.
Will be taking it to the Dealer this week for their comments, plus I've discovered the rear passenger door doesn't lock with the remote - and once manually locked doesn't unlock! - Added to list.

There is a one piece shaped and contoured foam for the seat back and another for the seat base. Just the two foams for the entire seat. Makes a staggering difference when you replace them. You only buy new from LR. Second hand is a strict ‘no go’ 2010GS Auto ex Celeb, Santorini Black, 2011 facelift , spoiler, spats, mudflaps, LED footwell lamps, Witter detach,

Interesting. I know my foam is Censored so would be interesting to see how much new foam would cost and how easy it is to fit. Learned to drive in 2011.
