if your pratical in the DIY stakes

Buy it from Nick @ Yeovil LR (the Large One on Disco3) he maybe able to sort a deal out for you on the price of the unit.

Or try the The Sponsers to see if they can do it cheaper fitted Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Don't you just hate cables running everywhere!!! Banging Head

I purchased the power and audio out cables but it is just so messy and am seriously considering the overpriced LR version.

My last car was a Jag and I forked out £235, (fitted myself or would have been £350!), for ipod audio module, so I could see titles on screen and use steering controls - was a waste of money

The pictures in the handbook suggested tiles and playlists shown on touchscreen but in fact all you got was track numbers and playlists came up as disc 1, 2, 3 & 4. Not only that but playlists of say 400 songs only visible up to 99 tracks. I played hell with dealer but got nowhere.

I now have a retractable audio cable (£3.50) and use the AUX input. I could get a cradle but sits in cubby next to aux input fine. No trailing cables either. Save your money!

NB - I went for the ipod connector lead but that means you can not charge while playing - I intend to change to a 3.5mm jack for Aux and then I can charge and play Thumbs Up

I have decided to blow all of my 1/2 year Bonus on a Belkin TuneBase. Just plug in, tune and go. Well worth the £15.49 from Amazon!
