Thus far, very pleased with it, apart from the odd niggle mentioned elsewhere...

("Say what You See facility" in Navigation in English, versus French maps, Speed warning sound too quiet, can't turn it up and speedometer/rev counter backlighting too dim).

Nice. So, you are very near the Massif Central - been there in the Freelander yet?

I did the Massif Central Tour with Mudplug a few years ago and it was excellent. There was a Freelander 1 on the trip (I was in my Defender then) which coped surprisingly well although it was "banned" from some "Defender only" sections. John

looks nice, there something about grey, i think it suits the FL2 really well, more thank any other colour

Having just gone from silver to grey I do think it suits it very well. However, the silver disgused the dirt surprisingly well!

Orkney grey appears to have a subtle hint of heather within the colour, I think. Anyway, I like it. Chris
