There was one appeared at Walters Ash, about fifteen miles away from the Hemel Hempstead one, another has also appeared about half a mile from the Walters Ash one, plus the one on the M2. |

An expert on the radio said that the on the M2 was mining related. After all the rain I expect we shall see many more on the news. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

Apparently the two in Walters Ash are also mining related, possibly the soil is very loose due to the amount of rain, with ground water levels now very high |

There was a programme on TV a week or so ago about sink holes in Florida, anyone see it? Basically the whole of Florida is disappearing into sink holes due to the lime rock base which is dissolving through water action. Very scary and very good business for all the concrete pouring lorries working round the clock on "posh" housing areas! John

Yeah I saw that, and still people are clamouring to buy property fronting the bigger lakes/ponds that are sinkholes filled with water |
