these were deffo in the main grill. fitting aftermarket lights comme ca seems mad. ...

Wasn't an undercover Cop Car was it?, they're often hidden in the front grill.

could be the rozzers, i remember seeing a silver FL2 at an event that was a undercover plod mobile with blue LED flashers within the grille |

The FL2 I saw with the front lights as shown were deffo white, not blue and the driver / passenger didn't look like cops.
