The bolts only go into the spoiler and are used to clamp it to the tailgate - so there's be no holes to worry about.

i wouldn't prise it off, but cut the £M foam tape with dental floss

I successfully removed one using fishing line to 'saw' the adhesive, then a 3M adhesive cleaner to remove residue from the car body. Totally successful. Not a mark. Took about 5 mins with the fishing line, 30 mins patient cleaning with the 3M.

Don't prise... the adhesive is quite tenacious. 'Sawing through with fishing line (I found dental floss not strong enough) is a risk-free removal technique.
