I have had the K5 for over a year, never missed a beat and bought it from cleanstore.

I bought a refurbished Karcher from http://www.karcheroutlet.co.uk/

Poor customer service and it didn't last a year, insides were made of plastic parts. I went and bought a cheap washer from Screwfix, a Titan, that to date has been good. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.
Gone MY2010 Freelander 2 Manual TD4.e S, Alaska White.

Two Karchers failed not long after warranty so now have Nilfisk- very pleased 2011 XS,Sumatra Black, GONE MARCH 2014- RR Evoque Prestige 5 door ,MY 2014,Loire Blue, Silver Roof, Panoramic roof.

^ what ad said! not that impressed with Karcher on my third and that playing up, even though it's not been use that much this year

I have a twenty year old Karcher, replaced various bits over the years but with a decent motor and metal pump it does really well, looking to replace it with a hot water unit but they are very expensive, outgrown the snow foam and fancy some serious TFR action with hot water

the chaps on detailingworld, seem to prefer Nilfisk over Karcher due to their problems, the ones with a little more to spend, or semi-pro onces also highly rate Kranzle
