Yes I don't underestimate the difficulties. Perhaps a Northern meet and a Southern/ Midlands meet?

Geographically speaking, it's probably impossible to please every one.

I would aim for somewhere central-ish, pick a date that suits a known few, and go with it. If there's camping as well I could be up for it. 2011 MY SD4 HSE + planning some interesting stuff

Brief discussion took place at Pegleg's but we were there for Rally GB so that took precedence.

Further info early 2014.

Not sure how essential electricity hook up are to you all? I have been with other car clubs to a site near Coventry/Warwick which is basically "the field behind a pub"

The Landlord is really accomodating and happy to book the field for groups (in my experience), only issue is the lack of hook ups. Advanatage of this would be that campers could also be involved as they would accept a mix of vans and tents as they have when we have stayed in the past.

Anyway here is a link to the pub's website: http://www.greenmanlongitchington.co.uk/id4.html

According to his website the site is a "Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site", which accept five caravans or motor-homes and usually tents, space permitting.
Therefore unless he is prepared to break the law of the land as this is what a Certified Site means it will be a very small meeting.

Cheers,
