2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Santorini Black

2013 cabin power sockets (lighter sockets)

Just noticed my 2013 lighter sockets both turn off with the ignition "not tried the one in the boot yet". On my 2010 model the rear of the two was permanently live so I could use the Blackvue while away from the vehicle.
Does anyone know if this is a dealer programmable option.

The boot one shuts down as well... pain if you want to hide something and charge it whilst locked up. 2016 BMW X3 30d SE in red

Thanks Andrew. Definitely a step backward in what is otherwise a damn good upgrade over my previous 2010 model. I'll ask the dealer when I call back next week, hopefully it will be an option that I can persuade them to switch on. Thought I'd ask here first as I don't believe service tech's these days!
