Never had this issue paniscy, but if it was me I would try removing it and pluging back in to see if it helps and if you still get the same issue you could try doing a reboot by discontent the battery leave for 10 mins reconnect BETTER looking half of the famous Twinlanders

I removed all 4 fuses and immediately plugged them back. As each fuse has a unique colour (one blue, one grey, one white and one red) and difficult to misplace them back. So, the problem of misplacement is eliminated...

Did you have to remove the DVD ROM UNIT to get at the fuses? Had a look tonight under the seat and that's what it looks like. I have already checked all the audio related fuses in the fuse boxes, I noted them down as: FD1 SAT NAV and SCREEN, FD3 tuner and DAB Tuner, FD4 telephone module, FD6 infotainment head unit, FD9 amplifier, these are all in the boot. There is also a 60A fuse in the engine compartment FE21 which I think feeds all the rest of the audio system. Good luck with your fault finding. I think the source of my problems is the SAT NAV DVD ROM Unit as the disc will not eject. |

Have been doing a bit of research and... you can bypass your SATNAV unit with a thing called a MOST Prism, you disconnect the optical cable from the sat nav and plug it into this item, it is available from Land Rover, however I have ordered one on line from Britcar UK Ltd. The Land Rover Part Number is LR019014, when you connect this the rest of your system should work, then you will know for definite that the SAT NAV unit is the problem |
