If you are using the lens on the D3200 the focal length is equivalent to approx. 125-450mm | ||

 It still only has the reach of a 300 though, it is the field of view that is equivalent to 450, the actual size of the object remains the same, just in a smaller frame. Agree though that it is a great lens looking at those pics. | ||
