Yes, just Discovery. But I think this is very clever. If the two Brands under the Land Rover company are Range Rover and Discovery, think about what we have got now :-

It'll need to be wider to fit that lot across the bootlid! Ours - 2008 Stornoway Grey HSE Auto

Although I have seen the new Disco in the flesh, I didn't get the chance to see the rear. Now I know that the badges like SDV6 and TDV6 are no longer going to be put on the back, it looks like they are going on the front wing.

Defender will likely change hugely from the utility vehicle it is currently ar it doesn't represent the luxury ethos LR are pursuing. |

I was told this morning three families - Range Rover, Discovery and Defender. All under the Land Rover marque. |

Your right, dropping the LR oval badges was a bad idea, and it was done as the LR brand took a beating overseas in the early 90's with the Disco 1 and Freelander 1 due to bad electronics etc.

I can see the logic in it now, after reading bits and pieces. I'm LR through and through, I don't think there is anything else I would have. I suppose if it means I can get a Discovery again without fear of it not fitting in my drive, it must be a good thing |
