Avatar Gone?

Any guesses why my avatar has gone?

Just noticed today, but in my profile section its showing the missing image icon same as on my posts? Can re-upload if needed but just wondered if there was a reason its gone before I did?

Was it hosted elsewhere or on here, if it was elsewhere with a link it ,may have been removed from the other site?
