Surely to f Censored k some manual intervention goes into this... on second thoughts probably not, just get Skynet to scan the numberplate and send the template letter out.

Anybody else think this is deliberate obfuscation by the courier?

Looks like an O to me not a zero, or possibly a U.

By PCN do you mean Parking Charge Notice or Penalty Charge Notice?

If this is not you on the scoot then deny any knowledge of the vehicle in question, or send a photocopy of your logsheet to them showing the vehicle details.

Disreputable 'parking management' companies are sending out parking charge notices with exorbitant fees for stopping in car parks, bus lanes, restricted areas etc.

If they're trying to get you with a parking charge notice, clearly there is no parking going on there anyway, the riders feet are not touching the floor so he is therefore not parked. If it is a penalty charge notice that is different.

Parking Charge Notices are not enforceable in law whereas Penalty Charge Notices are. Parking management companies use the same initials and official looking documentation often with lots of writing in red to make it look threatening. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

EX09 KWO is a BLACK HONDA SH 300 A-8
EX09 KW0 (zero) does not exist
EX09 KWD is a WHITE HONDA PES 125-9

That should help us decide what the vehicle / reg in the image is...

PCN is penalty charge notice for riding in a bus lane. £130!!!!
The top number is mine.
My wife says it looks like an O and thinks the courier may have been a bit 'creative' with the numberplate.
Fortunately they are very different looking bikes from the rear - I have a bigger peashooter of an exhaust!

Grrrrrrrrrr!
Got another bus lane PCN come through today. Blokes taking the Censored now. Been up the police sation and they are not bothered about someone riding around with my numberplate on. Told them I was going to get a set of false plates for my bike. They couldn't see the funny side in that. Rolling Eyes

The courier had his company jacket on so I traced the company, phoned them up and issued all sorts of threats. Got an email back from them asking for photographic proof. They confirmed his registration number and are allegedly sorting it out with their employee. We'll see! Evil or Very Mad Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
