I never spray anything directly on to a tyre, unless its when I'm washing and scrubbing the tyres for a fresh coat Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Thanks Npinks. Smile I'm new to cleaning the car properly. Spent all afternoon cleaning and shampooing the carpets and conditioning the seats. Gave it a wash on Monday but it was too hot and made a few watermarks. Big Cry But I will give it another wash next week before I set off for Spain. Thumbs Up

I've just got 12 applicator pads for 1.44 on eBay from china. I shall see how they cope when I buy some tyre gel. Black MY2013 SD4 GS Auto, Wood Company Armrest, Freel2 sticker.

I haven't used it yet - it got too dark after I'd finished cleaning the car... maybe I'll be super sad and get up extra early and do it in the morning Whistle

It's just you. Laughing The trick with the AG spray is to move the bottle as you are pulling the trigger... A bit of practice and you'll have a 19" wheel adequately covered in three to four trigger pulls.

At the other end of the scale, I found that TurtleWax Extreme Tyre Gel on a bit of old sponge equally as impressive....not sure if it's available any more though..? Foraging near Gaydon....
