Fantastic - deposit paid deal all agreed - dealer moves the goalposts. Had agreed 2 year warranty and 2 year service contract but when the order confirmation comes through - no service contract. I called them and they told me - "Oh that is only of you buy the car on finance...Sir" , I don't buy anything on finance unless it is interest free so discussed this problem with the dealer who would not budge . I proposed reduction in price to compensate me not getting 2 years servicing but they wouldn't go for it so I said I wanted my deposit back the deal is off.
Finally 10 days later I got my deposit back. Not impressed Hunters Southampton, not impressed at all.

Have subsequently placed an new deposit down on a car from Farnells Bradford.... here's hoping they want to sell their cars more than Hunters. I really hope Hunters get stuck with their car for months and months. It will serve them right.

Nope ...Ipanema Sand with almond leather .... looks very nice too . £3000 cheaper and lower mileage too so I guess every cloud has a silver lining. Only hasn't got a sat nav so I need to look at after market sat nav instalations now.

Nice one and good for you for sticking to your guns and canceling the original order.
