The Haywain - an FL2 alternative

I was up in the beautiful Suffolk countryside last week and decided to take some time out to see Flatford Mill, where the famous artist John Constable painted the legendary picture - The Haywain. Now I thought of a FL2 take on this one ... bear with me ...

Here's the original

And here is the photo I took of the exact same scene as it is today. As you can see it was a beautiful day.

Now, imagine an FL2 in the "today" picture in the same spot as the cart in the original picture. I can imagine Land Rover would pay good money for that! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green  Chris

neat idea either drive in or get photoshopping!
Personally I think an upside down caravan would look great in a river, not there though a bigger deeper river would be needed Laughing At work

I agree about the caravan but where is the discarded shopping trolley, old cycle frame and assorted plassy bags to complete this idyll of down my way still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit

Surely not that's a rural location, farmers and other yokels like to run a tidy ship. Its the townies that like to see a bit of litter. At work

CG I am sure you adhere to the tidy principle but around here we have some which proove that tat is not a townie perogative running from Home Field full of old tack going back to before Harry Ferguson was a lad to bright orange ex supermarket 40ft refrigerated trailers abandoned which can be seen from 5 miles away. You are right though, no supermarket trollies or bike frames just rotting old tack being overun by bramble which Classic Tractor would not feature. still pining for my 3dr, no removeable hardtop, no drop glass tailgate, no roof rack, no pockets everywhere to stow all that man kit
