Roof rack

I am looking to put a small 8ft plastic boat on the roof of my freelander. What's the cheapest way of doing this not looking to spend a fortune as will only be using it for this one thing.

Yeh been looking at those just now on e bay. Might be the best option. Would love rails and cross bars but far too expensive for me right now.
