England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Zermatt Silver
i6

Has anyone bought one of these yet? I had a drive in one today and I have to say it great. A lovely exhaust note too, the more I drive the Fl2 the more I like it. We gave it quite a spirited drive through bends and it handled very well and returned 19.4mpg by the computer. Still going to hold on for our TD4 auto though. D4 HSE Lux for me
FL2 HSE Zermatt & Alpacca for the wife now gone
Skoda Yeti L&K for the wife.

Have ordered an i6 auto. Should be delivered to me by end of March (at least I certainly hope so). Do you think that the brochure 25,2mpg is only imaginative? If I consider that my little VW Polo gives me around 29mpg, then that number for the LR2 is not that bad.

I'd only expect to get anywhere near that on long motorway runs. In town I'd expect around 18mpg.

My best gues at an resonable all-round figure would be 20mpg. Bill
