I had a 62 plate HSE auto this week. A courtesy car from Hunters with only 1900 on the clock. Had a shortish M1 trip, and playing about with it, i found a needle's width off 70 and it was showing 40---42 mpg. I thought that was pretty good. |

Anything over 80 starts to drink, speeds between 70-80 don't seem to make much difference. Pick a number. New: Freelander2 GS 62 plate (MY13) - Santorini Black with Clearview & Front PDC

Mine does around 34 mpg which is not driving slowly, My other 4x4 does around 22 mpg so the mpg of the Freelander is pretty impressive to me |
