Had the diff on my 2.2 diesel automatic replaced at 75000 km due to bearing noise. Now at 83000 km the noise is back. Is this just a poor replacement unit or could something elese be causing the bearings to become noisy?

No fault found but rear tyres had odd wear with alternate tread blocks more/less worn round the tyre. Dealer swapped tyres front o back at first, then (very conveneiently) a puncture was found in one so ended up with 2 new rear tyres and problem fixed. Gone... 2013 XS TD4 Manual Firenze Red
