Yes he did CG. Well, it made me think that i need to change my rear end Shocked

I bought one of those exhaust finishers that nobody likes but i think it will look better if i get the bottom moulding for the bumper so i'm keeping my eyes open for one. I hear that they drop off so am looking in the hedgerows Laughing

I got a nice aluminium fascia kit too Smile 59 TD4e XS in galway green

Annie, you can always cut an inch to two inches off the Tailpipe, this then allows you to fit the Finisher higher up making it closer to the rear mumper. Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

At 83,000 miles I just had 6th (B) service plus brake fluid and MOT done at Duckworths Market Rasen. (Brake fluid done as Stratstones Stockton missed it off last years service with previous owner). I provided oil (Halfords deal) and genuine LR parts (ebay). Cost at Duckworths £299.35 inc Vat with free loan car (FL2) Very pleased. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Received a complimentary 1/2 day LRE voucher in the post today, after a bit of cheeky teasing on my feedback to Duckworths. Thumbs Up If you don't ask, the answer is no! Whistle 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

Gear stick vibration

Dropped in unannounced to Duckworth's Market Rasen recently as I noticed and heard some vibration from the gear stick in 4th. Without much waiting, an experienced technician came out with me for a demo by me/test drive by him. On return, he took the car in the workshop, got a tech to pop the console cover, disconnect the linkage, lube cables both ends and refit, at same time improving the cable routing at the gearstick end, followed by a quick test drive. Job done! All done FOC. Full marks Duckworths! Thumbs Up

NB. Vibration noise has been eliminated although you can still feel some vibe under power at 30-34 mph, 4th only. Advised to mention it at next service. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)
