That happened on my old FL2, I put it down to a crap paint finish, come to think of it my D4 had a crap paint finish too |

No such problem here. There's only one stone chip in 51,000 miles too.

Stone chips are all over the bonnet but the grill has patches were the paint it do thin there's area of black coming through
|

Front of mine is peppered with stone chips and there is silver paint missing on the grill. |

If you have stone chips on bonnet and funds allow, maybe respray. 2013 RR Evoque Pure Tech

Bonnet has chips, white has white primer so not as visible |

Probably been a stone chip and then exacerbated with the jet wash + a crap paint job = |
